往復(fù)式旋轉(zhuǎn)噴淋清洗機主要用于大型金屬工件特別是鑄鐵件機加工后的除油、除屑清洗。是利用高壓水泵將清洗液噴射到工件表面，將粘附在工件表面的油污、鐵屑剝離下來的清洗方法完成清洗工作。

The reciprocating rotary spray cleaning machine is mainly used for oil and chip removal cleaning of large metal workpieces, especially cast iron parts, after machining. It is a cleaning method that uses a high-pressure water pump to spray cleaning solution onto the surface of the workpiece, peeling off the oil stains and iron filings adhering to the surface of the workpiece to complete the cleaning work.

●清洗時噴淋嘴不動，承托工件的工件臺水平轉(zhuǎn)動從而達(dá)到全面清洗的目的。清洗作業(yè)時操作員只需將待清洗產(chǎn)品吊裝到清洗托盤上，按下啟動按鈕設(shè)備即自動將工件送入工作室進行噴淋清洗、噴淋漂洗（防銹）、切水后再送回到工作室外。

When cleaning, the spray nozzle does not move, and the workpiece table that supports the workpiece rotates horizontally to achieve comprehensive cleaning. During the cleaning operation, the operator only needs to lift the product to be cleaned onto the cleaning tray, press the start button, and the equipment will automatically send the workpiece to the workshop for spray cleaning, spray rinsing (rust prevention), water cutting, and then send it back to the working room.
