CNC高壓清洗機(jī)工業(yè)清洗的對(duì)象種類繁多，根據(jù)清洗對(duì)象輸送形式的不同，我們可以簡(jiǎn)單地把清洗分為以下七種方式，它們分別是：

There are many kinds of objects for industrial cleaning of CNC high-pressure cleaning machine. According to the different transportation forms of cleaning objects, we can simply divide cleaning into the following seven ways, which are:

一、網(wǎng)帶步進(jìn)式清洗。就是把清洗對(duì)象送到一定位置后，由噴嘴對(duì)其進(jìn)行清洗。

1、 Step by step cleaning of mesh belt. That is, after the cleaning object is sent to a certain position, it is cleaned by the nozzle.

二、懸掛式噴嘴清洗。通俗地來(lái)講就是把清洗對(duì)象掛在高空中的繩索上，并送至清洗裝置前，然后通過清洗、漂洗、吹干等工序后，就完成了清洗的任務(wù)了。這種清洗方式適合于裝配線和噴漆線的連續(xù)自動(dòng)化的清洗。

2、 Hanging nozzle cleaning. Generally speaking, the cleaning object is hung on a rope in the air and sent to the cleaning device, and then the cleaning task is completed after cleaning, rinsing, drying and other processes. This cleaning method is suitable for continuous and automatic cleaning of assembly lines and painting lines.

三、萬(wàn)能噴射方式清洗。就是事先把清洗對(duì)象固定好位置，然后操作人員手拿高壓噴槍對(duì)清洗物體進(jìn)行作業(yè)。這種清洗方式適合于清洗重型、大型設(shè)備油污和車輛外殼的灰塵等。

3、 Universal spray cleaning. That is to fix the cleaning object in place in advance, and then the operator carries out operation on the cleaning object with a high-pressure spray gun. This cleaning method is suitable for cleaning heavy and large equipment oil dirt and vehicle shell dust.

四、網(wǎng)帶連續(xù)清洗。就是把清洗對(duì)象送至清洗系統(tǒng)前，然后經(jīng)過清洗、漂洗、壓縮空氣吹干等工序后，即可完成清洗作業(yè)。

4、 The mesh belt is cleaned continuously. It is to send the cleaning object to the cleaning system, and then complete the cleaning operation after cleaning, rinsing, compressed air drying and other processes.

五、液壓步進(jìn)式定位清洗。就是把清洗對(duì)象通過液壓送到清洗系統(tǒng)前，再由噴嘴對(duì)其進(jìn)行清洗、漂洗、壓縮空氣吹干等工序，即可完成工作。

5、 Hydraulic step positioning cleaning. The cleaning object is sent to the cleaning system by hydraulic pressure, and then cleaned, rinsed and dried by compressed air through the nozzle.

六、螺旋輸送式清洗。就是把清洗的對(duì)象由螺旋槽送到清洗系統(tǒng)前，先后清洗、漂洗、壓縮空氣吹干等工序，即可完成工作。適合的清洗對(duì)象是——螺釘、螺母、鏈條、滾子等標(biāo)件進(jìn)行清洗。

6、 Screw conveyor cleaning. That is, before the cleaning object is sent to the cleaning system by the spiral groove, the work can be completed by successively cleaning, rinsing, compressed air drying and other processes. Suitable cleaning objects are standard parts such as screws, nuts, chains and rollers.

七、旋轉(zhuǎn)式清洗。簡(jiǎn)單地來(lái)說(shuō)就是把清洗對(duì)象放置在工作平臺(tái)上，使旋轉(zhuǎn)噴嘴對(duì)被清洗對(duì)象進(jìn)行全方位地處理清洗工作，這種旋轉(zhuǎn)式噴嘴可以旋轉(zhuǎn)180，對(duì)清洗對(duì)象可以靈活便捷地作業(yè)，這清洗方式適合于批件量不是太大的機(jī)械零件上污垢的清除處理。

7、 Rotary cleaning. Simply put, the cleaning object is placed on the working platform, so that the rotating nozzle can handle and clean the cleaned object in an all-round way. This rotating nozzle can rotate 180 °, and the cleaning object can be operated flexibly and conveniently. This cleaning method is suitable for the removal of dirt on the mechanical parts with a small batch of parts.
