一、高壓噴淋清洗機在啟動后出現壓力不穩定或時有時無。

1、 The pressure of high-pressure spray cleaning machine is unstable or sometimes not stable after starting.

（1）高壓水泵或進水管路內吸入了空氣，這時我們擰開水泵排氣閥，調低高壓清洗機工作壓力并運轉一會，直到產生穩定的壓力為止。

(1) When the air is sucked into the high-pressure water pump or the water inlet pipe, we turn on the exhaust valve of the water pump, lower the working pressure of the high-pressure cleaning machine and run it for a while until a stable pressure is generated.

（2）供水不足，這時要檢查水源的壓力是否足夠，有的高壓清洗機并不具備自吸功能，這時添置一個增壓泵即可解決問題

(2) When the water supply is insufficient, check whether the pressure of the water source is enough. Some high-pressure cleaning machines do not have the self-priming function. At this time, the problem can be solved by adding a booster pump

（3）供水過濾器堵塞，這時只要清洗供水過濾器即可

(3) If the water supply filter is blocked, just clean the water supply filter

二、高壓清洗機達不到設備的額定壓力。

2、 The high pressure cleaning machine can not reach the rated pressure of the equipment.

（1）高壓清洗機運轉時有一定的工作壓力達不到設備的額定壓力或者說壓力只停留在一定范圍內而不能上升,在這種情況下，首先應先檢查高壓噴嘴的孔徑是否匹配，如不匹配更換高壓噴嘴即可。

(1) When the high-pressure cleaning machine is running, there is a certain working pressure that can not reach the rated pressure of the equipment, or the pressure only stays in a certain range and cannot rise. In this case, first check whether the aperture of the high-pressure nozzle matches, if not, replace the high-pressure nozzle.

（2）檢查調壓閥是否調到正確的位置。

(2) Check whether the pressure regulating valve is adjusted to the correct position.

（3）如果在排除這兩種情況下壓力仍然上不去，后檢查高壓泵內密封組件（O型圈、水封）是否完好，活塞是否損壞。

(3) If the pressure still can't go up after eliminating these two conditions, finally check whether the sealing components (O-ring and water seal) in the high-pressure pump are in good condition and whether the piston is damaged.

三、高壓噴淋清洗設備在正常運轉一定時間后壓力降低 。

3、 After a certain period of normal operation, the pressure of high pressure spray cleaning equipment decreases.

（1）檢查高壓噴嘴是否嚴重磨損，如磨損比較嚴重更換高壓噴嘴即可。小壓力設備的高壓噴嘴基本不會出現磨損現象，因為我們所配高壓噴嘴基本都進行過熱處理的，但對于大壓力設備的高壓噴嘴就難以保證了

(1) Check whether the high pressure nozzle is seriously worn. If the wear is serious, replace the high pressure nozzle. The high-pressure nozzle of small pressure equipment will not wear, because the high-pressure nozzle we are equipped with is basically superheated, but it is difficult to guarantee the high-pressure nozzle of large pressure equipment

（2）檢查進水過濾器是否堵塞，如進水濾網堵塞了，將濾網取下用水清洗就可以了。如果是不清潔的水源造成過濾網經常堵塞，可增大外置過濾器，或更換潔凈水源

(2) Check whether the inlet filter is blocked. If the inlet filter is blocked, remove the filter and clean it with water. If the filter screen is often blocked due to unclean water source, the external filter can be increased or the clean water source can be replaced

（3）分別檢查高壓噴淋清洗機的調壓閥、溢流閥和高壓水泵內部的密封組件，如：調壓閥和溢流閥的O型圈是否磨損、彈簧與座面是否有磨損、泵內部的O型圈是否磨損、水封是否有損壞、單向閥是否磨損或被異物墊起

(3) Respectively check the pressure regulating valve, overflow valve and sealing components inside the high-pressure water pump of the high-pressure spray cleaning machine, such as whether the O-ring of the pressure regulating valve and overflow valve is worn, whether the spring and seat surface are worn, whether the O-ring inside the pump is worn, whether the water seal is damaged, and whether the check valve is worn or padded by foreign matters
