超聲波清洗機漂洗是工件在除油、除銹、水洗、表調、磷化等工藝中滲透在焊接夾縫內的液體很難排出，且水洗不能完全清除干凈，在濕熱條件下夾雜物極易造成工件泛黃、生銹。
