全自動槽式超聲波清洗機主要由清洗槽體(即半自動多槽式水基清洗機)和PLC微電腦控制智能輸送裝置組成，再根據不同需求配套有上下料臺、專用產品工裝、封閉罩、抽排風系統等相關裝置。輸送裝置從結構上分有龍門多臂、單梁多臂、龍門單臂、單梁單臂等不同類型，從動力上分為變頻電動式和氣動式等不同類型，從輸送方式上又分為提升式、拔動式，滾動式等不同類型，從封閉罩上又分為全封閉式、半封閉式和敞開式等不同類型。常采取清洗、漂洗、防銹、干燥一體式設計，具有針對性強，潔凈度高、速度快、操作簡單、清洗完成直接進入下一工序段且勞動強度低等特點。在所有的清洗方式中，全自動超聲波清洗是效率較高、效果較好的一種。各槽均可選配儲液槽，配有循環過濾系統，加熱自動溫控系統、液位保護自動補液系統。
